The Modern Youth Internship Academies (MYIA) is a career readiness and college preparation program offered by the Blue Lake Rancheria Tribal Education Agency (BLR-TEA). It provides students from Humboldt county with hands-on internship experiences in various industries, including technology, healthcare, environmental sciences, and more. Through mentoring, job training, and leadership development, MYIA equips youth with essential skills and real-world knowledge to help them succeed in their future careers and academic pathways.
MYIA program services are currently available to students attending or graduating from schools in Humboldt County!
